• TAX PREPARATION & PLANNING

  We provide a full scope of tax preparation and planning services to our clients on an as needed basis, ranging from annual preparation of tax return to complete tax planning services throughout the year. As a small business, we understand how important annual federal and state tax filing is for business and individuals. We work year-round to plan and implement strategies to minimize tax payers liability. In addition to annual federal and state tax filing, our services include preparation and filing of sales tax and payroll filings.

• FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

  Businesses or individuals may need reviewed or complied financial statements for a variety of reasons such as: financial institution requirement, contractor's board, etc. We want our clients to view this as an opportunity to further understand their business. We work with our clients to formalize complete and accurate financials that meet their specific needs.

• BOOKKEEPING

  We know that your time and energy is best spent keeping your business running efficiently. In order help our clients keep their attention on the operations of their business, we provide a range of bookkeeping services including, but not limited to: completing monthly bank reconciliations, providing cash balance reports, maintaining general ledgers, preparing customized reports as needed, managing accounts receivable and payable, recording and processing payroll transactions. We can also offer assistance to get your in-house accounting team acclimated with your accounting software.
